Yanlord New City Garden is Yanlord’s first development project in the Pearl River Delta region. The largest fully-fitted residential community in downtown Zhuhai is the first 3A development project in the city that is accredited by the State construction authority. 


With a site area of 235,000m2 and a planned GFA of approximately 425,000m2, Yanlord New City Gardens comprise 29 residential building blocks, a 7000m2 commercial space and a 5000m2 clubhouse. Other amenities include a kindergarten as well as primary and secondary schools.

The commercial section, which was launched in May 2009, now accommodates international fast-food chain stores and a supermarket. The sport-themed clubhouse features indoor & outdoor swimming pools, a gymnasium, indoor basketball court and snooker room.
