Xintian Centre

Xintian Centre is the first development project of Yanlord in West China. Located in the prime location of Wudang District, the project is a pedestrian mall of the highest standard. Xintian Center occupies a land area of approximately 18,000m2, and represents advanced concepts in architecture and landscaping.

With a total salable GFA of 14,346m2, Xintian Center comprises shopping arcades and a pedestrian walk, which forms the axis of the project. The walk starts with the entrance plaza, to the Central Garden and ends with recreational facilities. The shopping arcades on both sides feature traditional Chinese architecture and offer shoppers various retail, recreation and leisure experiences.

Since its completion in June 2004, Xintian Center has been recognized as an iconic project of the region, one that helped elevate land value of the surrounding region.
