YANLORD GARNERS OVER RMB2.7 BILLION PRE-SALES IN ITS LATEST LAUNCHES IN SHENZHEN and NANTONG
Singapore/Hong Kong ¨C Yanlord Land announced that it had achieved commendable sales in its latest launches of residential units in Shenzhen and Nantong in June.
Both Yanlord Four Seasons Gardens (ÈÊºãËÄ¼¾Ô°) in Shenzhen and Yanlord Gardens (ÈÊºã»¨Ô°) in Nantong were opened for their inaugural launches. For Yanlord Four Seasons Gardens, Yanlord sold 283 of the 323 apartment units at an average selling price of approximately RMB 51,000 per square metre (¡°sqm¡±) for the approximately 26,300 sqm gross floor area (¡°GFA¡±) sold. Total pre-sales derived from this launch amounted to approximately RMB1.34 billion.
For Nantong project, Yanlord sold all 357 apartment units available for sale within first day of the launch at an average selling price of approximately RMB28,570 per square metre (¡°sqm¡±) for 50,235 sqm gross floor area sold. Total pre-sales derived from this launch amounted to approximately RMB1.43 billion.
