Currently, the Company holds two projects: Yanlord New City Gardens and Yanlord Marina Center. The former is partially completed and is the first 3A residential project in Zhuhai authenticated by State Construction Authority. Yanlord Marina Center, which will comprise a five-star hotel, high-end residential apartments and shopping mall, is destined to be a new landmark in Zhuhai and in Pearl River Delta as a whole.
