Yanlord Begonia Park is located in Xiuhing district, Haikou city. The first phase of this development comprises residential properties and occupies a site area of 37,475 sqm and has a GFA of 104,959 sqm. We commenced the construction of this development in May 2018 and completed construction in December 2020. The second phase of this development comprises residential properties, office premises and retail shops. This development occupies a site area of 33,416 sqm and has a GFA of 82,506 sqm. We commenced construction of the second phases in June 2020. The third phase of this development comprises residential properties and occupies a site area of 10,848 sqm and has a GFA of 40,336 sqm. We commenced the construction of this development in July 2021.
