Hangzhou Bayfront Isle International Community is located within the core of Xiaoshan Technology city, Xiaoshan district, Hangzhou city. The whole development has a total GFA of approximately 745,909 sqm. and consists of Hangzhou Bayfront Isle (Phase 1-3), Hangzhou Bay (Phase 1 and 2), Hangzhou Intelligent city Project-Commercial Complex, IHG Keyi Hangzhou International Hospital, and Hangzhou Intelligent city Project-Medical Land Parcels under different stage of development.

Hangzhou Bayfront Isle: this development comprises residential properties, and commercial complex, including other commercial components. The development is divided into three phases and the first phase of this development occupies a site area of 39,778 sqm and has a GFA of 79,713 sqm and a total saleable GFA of 77,638 sqm. We commenced construction of this phase in July 2018 and completed construction in December 2020. The second phase of this development occupies a site area of 23,606 sqm and has a GFA of 61,432 sqm and a total saleable GFA of 60,594 sqm. We commence the construction of this phase in March 2019 and completed construction in December 2021. The third phase of the development occupies a site area of 96,635 sqm and has a projected GFA of 153,835 sqm. We commence the construction of this phase in November 2021.

Hangzhou Bay: this compound development is divided into four partitions, namely Hangzhou Bay (Phase 1 and 2),  Hangzhou Intelligent city Project-Commercial Complex, IHG Keyi Hangzhou International Hospital (Formerly known as Hangzhou Intelligent city Project — Medical Land Parcels (Phase 1 and 2)) and Hangzhou Intelligent city Project — Medical Land Parcels (Phase 3 and 4). It comprises residential properties and commercial complex, including healthcare and hospitality components. Hangzhou Bay (Phase 1 and 2) occupies a site area of 126,721 sqm and has a GFA of 318,548 sqm and a total saleable GFA of 312,479 sqm. We commence the construction of the first phase in December 2019 and the second phase in March 2021 respectively.

IHG Keyi Hangzhou International Hospital: this development served for healthcare centre and occupies a site area of 25,670 sqm and has a GFA of 38,505 sqm and a total saleable GFA of 38,202 sqm. We commence the construction of this development in December 2019.

Hangzhou Intelligent City Project-Medical Land Parcels: this development will be divided into two phases and occupies a combined site area of 112,879 sqm and has a combined projected GFA of 279,418 sqm.
