The first phase of this development comprises residential properties and occupies a site area of 27,750 sqm and has a GFA of 64,561 sqm and a total saleable GFA of 64,412 sqm. We commenced construction of this development of the first phase in February 2016 and complete construction in August 2018. The second phase of this development comprises residential properties and retail shops. This second phase of this development occupies a site area of 34,401 sqm and has a GFA of 71,994 sqm and a total saleable GFA of 70,677 sqm. We commenced construction of this development of the second phase in June 2016 and completed construction in June 2019.
