Yanlord Marina Peninsula Gardens is located in Xiangzhou district, Zhuhai city. The first phase of this development comprises residential apartments and retail shops. This development occupies a site area of 62,285 sqm and has a GFA of 152,926 sqm and a total saleable GFA of 143,689 sqm. We commenced construction of the first and second section of this development in February 2014 and June 2014, respectively and completed construction in September 2016 and October 2017, respectively. The second phase of this development comprises residential apartments and retail shops. This development occupies a site area of 62,674 sqm and has a GFA of 161,606 sqm and a total saleable GFA of 161,305 sqm. We commenced construction of this development in February 2014 and completed construction in December 2018. The third phase of this development comprises residential apartments and ancillary facilities. The completed portion of this development occupies a site area of 47,099 sqm and has a GFA of 125,477 sqm and a total saleable GFA of 125,464 sqm. We commenced construction of this development in June 2016 and completed construction in June 2020. The kindergarten with total GFA of 5,353 sqm is held as investment property to generate rental income. The third phase of this development under construction comprises residential properties and occupies a site area of 55,626 sqm and has a total GFA of 58,099 sqm and a total saleable GFA of 56,116 sqm. We commenced construction of this development in October 2017 and completed construction in September 2021.
